No, most of our products are Region Free and have Multi-Language support, unless otherwise stated.
4. How soon will I receive my CD Key?
Within 1-24hrs. Please check spam folder if you don't see an email from us

9. My order status says "Pending ID Check" what is that?
Your order was flagged as possible fraud by our system. To continue processing your order, please send ID scan to verify the name and address on the account. You can blur out all other personal information, only name and address must be visible. You will be refunded if we don't receive the requested information.
